Just a Thought

The current leadership of Crossroads Church is: Pastor/Elder - Roy Brennan; Other Elders - Lynton Jordan, Johnston Conville and Robbie Rea; Deacons - Ken Philpott and David Donald.

Our vision is to provide a place for people who were or are going nowhere, spiritually. We believe our God is the God of another chance, not just a second chance. Don't put God in a box. He is 'longsuffering . . . not willing that any should perish' (2Peter 3v9), and so we should be the same!

We all discovered that God had quite a job to do. There were masks to be removed and baggage to be unpacked and much to be disposed off. Praise God! He's still working on us.

No matter how you feel, He has not gone away. Broken communion with God is down to us - turn around, He's waiting. If we let Him, He will help us take off the masks and begin the unpacking process, but only if we let Him.

Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." (Matthew 11v28-30).
